Half of Israel sees all out war with an enemy 650 times its size as preferable to the current situation. It provides critical insight into how bad the situation has actually become.
The Israeli Defense Forces has called up its reserves and is recruiting for more reserve troops in twelve capitals abroad. Defense Minister Ben Eliezer sent an official letter to the IDF ordering reserves to show up for duty or face severe consequences. The CIA is convinced that Israel is prepared to attack and has a battle plan drawn up with thirty thousand troops ready to carry it out.
Sunday is the 9th of Av, [T'isha B'av (July 29th this year)] the Day of Mourning. It marks the anniversary of the destruction of both the First and Second Temples. The date has figured significantly into Jewish history, marking one catastrophe after another. The expulsion from England. The expulsion from Spain. The deportation of the Jews to the Warsaw Ghetto. It is the Jewish Feast of Purim, kept since the days of Esther the Queen of the Medo-Persian Empire.
The religious restrictions on T'isha B'av are similar to those of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. No eating, drinking, bathing, washing, shaving, etc. It is a time of mourning, meditation and prayer. Like the 1973 Yom Kippur War, it is a perfect time for a surprise attack.
Not only is Tisha B'Av a memorial of the destruction of both Temples, it is also associated by long tradition and belief with the beginning of the construction of the Third Temple. Is this the weekend, is this the year when that hope will be demonstrated? We shall soon find out!"

"US intelligence: Israel will attack" UPI Massive troop movements in Israel indicate that the rumors were true; Israel is about to move against the Palestinians, destroy their leadership, and finally disarm their army. If Syria, Egypt, Iran, or Iraq so much as raise a missile during this time, you can be sure that Israel now knows it. Israel recently installed one or two new defense satellites into orbit and now has top-flight reconnaissance in the air. If those countries wish to continue to exist, they will stay out of the coming action, or the prophetic scenario in Isaiah 14-21 will come to pass soon! RATING:10

The UPI reports from Jerusalem that the Palestinian Authority received a bomb threat directed at the Dome of the Rock Mosque. The threat was foolishly delivered by phone “in Hebrew,” which smacks of a potential scenario published in recent months on “The Cutting Edge” web site. David Bay has predicted that if Arafat got desperate enough, he would blow up the “Al Aqsa Mosque” and blame it on the Israelis, and here today, we have the foreshadowing of the potential event, and exactly whom the Palestinians plan to blame. This event would most certainly force the hand of other Arab countries to move against Israel. (But if Israel could co-opt this event and use it to stir it’s enemies like a hornet’s nest, it could justify a pre-emptive strike against them. If Arafat really fears for his life, he would not tempt the Israelis to strike at the Mosque, but if the Israelis are going to be blamed for it, perhaps the Israelis will destroy it anyway (on their time schedule) and make it look as though the Palestinians did it. In anticipation of Arab reaction and the raising of their “sabres” [missles] against Israel, perhaps Israel will do a justifiable, pre-emptive strike, which Israelis pulled off exquisitely in the 1967 war). Be aware of the fact that God is going to continue to manipulate the Palestinians into creating their own graves. Newsweek: Clinton trashes Arafat
In a moment of truth, Clinton tells it like he really feels it concerning Arafat and how Arafat is responsible for the failure of the peace talks that Clinton personally negotiated. "Because of you (to Arafat) I'm a colossal failure." (I discern that Arafat's days are soon to come to an end, as the New World Odor prince; Bill Clinton, has now pronounced Arafat's uselessness in obtaining the goals of the NWO in Israel. Arafat was offered 95% of what he ever wanted before by Barak and yet refused. It then became obvious to Clinton that Arafat didn't want peace. Arafat is merely the pawn of the Arab countries who was groomed by the KGB to cause havoc in Israel and undermine her. Arafat uses the Palestinians for so much cannon fodder, brainwashing young boys to commit suicide "in the name of Allah." Arafat is about as religious as the ACLU! Arafat uses religious fervor to achieve his diabolic plans. RATING:8
