Thank you for all your work in putting together this website on the internet. It has really been a blessing to me. I just discovered it last night,Wednesday, July 23, 2008. For a little over the past two years my wife and I have had to endure continuous health problems and other trials. My wife's health deteriorated so bad that she is now in a nursing home and I have to live alone. We have been married for 37 years on this July 31. We are a very close and like-minded couple. Recently, I have been clueing in on why God has allowed all this bad stuff to happen to us. For me anyway, the Lord Jesus Christ, is teaching me by all these circumstances that he wants my undivided attention. He wants me to trust completely in him for all things and not to depend on people, especially Christian brothers and sisters, who abandon you when things get tough. I am thankful for the few Christians who are still there for me, including my adult son, his wife, their son and my daughter who live in other cities not near me. For some time now I have felt that the coming of the Lord for his own is very near. Lately I feel like it is even at the door. I want to be all that I should be for him and be spotless, blameless, and pure when he appears. I received Jesus as my Lord and Saviour when I was in my early twenties and I am now 63 years old and my wife is 60. Time flies by quickly. So much has changed from the time when I was young. There have been a lot of amazing inventions and improvements since then, but there has been a great departure from God and his ways,by the majority of the people since then, as well. I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture as well, but if I have misunderstood scripture on that, and the mid-trib or the post trib Christians turn out to be correct, I am not going to get all bent out of shape. The main thing that is important, is to know that he has redeemed me by his death, and by his shed blood. I am relying on Jesus, and Jesus alone, and his sacrifice on the cross. I am accepted in the beloved Son of God. I appreciate your writings and pray for the Lord's blessing on you and yours.

This is a very interesting site!... I must say honestly that I have only scanned through this particular page on the rapture and am about to read your info. on Apostasy and Deception in the End Times page, of which I read so far partially and was discovering alot of things in common with the writer as far as what the Lord has also revealed to me concerning His Church and what His desires are towards us in this great time of deception... Greetings in Jesus name!! I came across your site while I was searching for end time related articles. I felt compelled to write and send some info that might be of interest to you. This site is a Charismatic, Spirit Filled (I'm not sure anymore what "label" to describe us anymore!!) I personally came across this site when the Lord led me to do a search on 'false teachers" "apostasy in the church" "deception", ect. I have been a Spirit Filled Christian going on 30 years. I guess you could say that I was 'born into" the Charismatic Movement (saved and Spirit Filled at age 16, with no previous 'church' background) During these years, I got caught up in the Faith Movement, attended Rhema years ago(keep that a secret!!..I've been forgiven!!); fooled around with Vineyard (and being fooled by them, by the Apostolic/Prophetic Movement), on and on. (I want to make this e-mail as short as possible, so will try to get to the point!!) For years I have known about the New Age movement, global church, Apostate church, error, false teachers/doctrine, how Christians are being decieved now that we are in the end times, ect......or so I thought I knew. (Dave Hunt's Seduction books initially led me out of WOF..Praise Him for Dave Hunt!!) I have always kept up on 'the news" and prayed earnestly that I would not be decieved. Little did I know I was still sitting right in the middle of false doctrines that was leading me right into the False Church...( I sincerely thought I was on the right track...after all, I was 'out' of Word of Faith teachings and I don't bark like a dog...so I must be ok!!!) By the Lord's grace and mercy, He brought me to a place of earnestly seeking His Truth.....of laying down all, (which I found I had a mix bag of teachings, everything from Kingdom/Dominion theology, because I have always listened to Jack Hayford (even have/had his Spirit-Filled Bible) to still having WOF teaching tucked here and there that I didn't even know I had. I thought I had finally, after all of these years, discered what was of Him and what was false. Not so.. My favorite teachers were Hayford, Meyers, and anyone else that didn't look like they were too far this way or to far that! I came to realize that I had a tossed salad of 'Charasmatic in the name of Jesus teachings" that was directly leading right into a place that I never intended to go. I always knew that there was a Networking going on within the Church..but didn't realize that it "touched" me...where I live, so to speak. After all I knew!!!! I live in my Bible..I know the Word inside and out...but now I know 'Yes, I knew the Word....but only according to the way I had been 'trained" in the circle of "Charismatic" Do I still believe in being Spirit Filled? You bet...now more than ever do we need the Holy Spirit! Now more than ever do we need to pray in the Spirit and For Him to give us wisdom in these crucial times. Please take a look at this site, as it has helped me..truly has awakened me...a real eye popper!! There is so much on this site. When you click on the bookcase of articles and then go to Globalism part 2, there is a list a mile long of things you will want to check out. Many many articles and links..links to links that I think you will find interesting to say the least!!! (this is just one of many great discernment sites) I have no part in this website, I'm just a believer, who loves the Lord Jesus with all my heart, living here in the Midwest USA... I always think of what Dereck Prince said years ago 'If you don't think you can be decieved..you probably are!!" How I was!!!! ...and as soon as I got on my knees and truly came to Him in humility, and repentance, asked to be delivered of ANY false way any deception and for Him to show me His Truth,..no matter what I had to lay down, NO MATTER WHAT!!!...did He begin to lead me out of what I thought was 'of Him" into the Truth.
